Payment by letter is the only way to transfer the amount anonymously. You send the letter to a mailbox that is emptied at regular intervals. You don't need to write a sender on the letter, as each transaction is assigned a randomly generated number. You write this number in the letter so that we can assign everything. Remember, however, that the money will be sent by post; it may happen that the letter does not reach us. But we have a few tips for you on how the letter can be made "safe".

Always use envelopes that are made of fairly sturdy, thick paper and ideally have an envelope lining. It is not advisable to use envelopes that are so thin that the contents of the envelope can be seen through the outlines or through backlighting.

If possible, avoid writing on the envelope by hand. Print out the addresses and the sender on adhesive labels. If it is not possible for you to print out the address on adhesive labels, you can also print it out on sturdy, plain paper.

Always hand in the money letter directly at the post office or a postal agency.
You have the option of moving e-mails from other providers to inbox.de. We also offer that you can keep your old email address. With inbox.de it is possible to send mails as e.g. GMX or Google. With this you can use inbox.de, but you don't have to use a new e-mail address. If you have more than two e-mail addresses, you can manage them easily via inbox.de.
You can access your e-mails with all mail clients or mobile devices. Either use the POP3 / IMAP procedure or our website with mobile view www.inbox.de/m.

Your e-mails are only sent in and out through encrypted connections. We support SSL / TLS and PFS when sending and receiving e-mails, when accessing via browser we use a 256 BIT SSL certificate level 2. Only selected personnel have access to our servers. All hard drives are encrypted and backed up daily.
You are only responsible for the security of your computer.
We only save data that you give us. Whether this is your correct data or whether you use a pseudonym, for example, is irrelevant - we are not interested. You give us all data that you give us voluntarily. Nevertheless, we do not pass on anything and keep everything you let us know under lock and key.
We are also not interested in technical data such as your IP address, your operating system or the browser you use and are automatically transmitted anonymously and are therefore neither comprehensible to us nor to anyone else. Only the date and time of the log-in are saved for operational reasons.
A registration with us associated with the agreement and compliance with our terms and conditions (T&C). Violation of the terms and conditions may result in the immediate deletion of your account without notice. If you do not agree to our GTC, you can and may unfortunately not register with us.
To do this, please click on Password in the menu. Please enter the e-mail address that you have registered with us. After clicking on "Okay", the password will be sent to the e-mail address that you have entered as an alternative address. If you have not entered an alternative address, we cannot send you the password automatically. Please contact us directly, we will be happy to help you.
For this purpose we have added an extra entry: "Other country". Please select this entry if your country is not listed.
If you activate "Remember me", your login data will be saved and automatically inserted the next time you visit our service. Thus, you can log in only by clicking on "Login", other data will be inserted automatically as said.
With the so-called security code, we ensure that no mass registrations are carried out, e.g. by programs specially developed for this purpose. The respective programs cannot read the security code displayed by images and thus cannot perform registrations. This way we keep our service away from spamming.
We currently offer payment via PayPal, bank transfer or letter. When paying with PayPal, please note the general terms and conditions of PayPal. As a rule, your invoice amount will then be credited immediately and your inbox.de account will be activated promptly. When paying by bank transfer, it takes 2-3 working days for your inbox.de account to be activated, as is the case when paying by letter.
